• Hull of the box is constructed of 14 gauge cold rolled steel
• Bottom of the box is constructed of 14 gauge cold rolled steel, and welded in with full arc welds
• Lids are constructed of 14 gauge cold rolled steel with a 14 gauge cold rolled steel inner stiffener
• Welds are full arc welds, no spot welds
• Each lid is attached to the hull of the box with two 4″ stainless steel butt hinges
• Hinges are welded to the box and lid
• A full size stainless steel paddle latch is recessed into each lid
• Two keys are furnished per box
• A spring type lid prop assists in the opening and closing of each lid
• Sliding tray, 19-1/4″ x 14-3/4″ x 2-1/4”, with white super durable polyester powder coat finish
• Tray comes with 4 adjustable dividers
• Box is equipped with tray stops to keep the tray centered while it is not being used
• Ribbed D-Bulb seal is installed in the lid to seal against the flange around the box opening
• Box goes through a five-stage state-of-the art metal pretreatment anti-corrosion protection system and is finished with a super durable white polyester powder coat
• Mounting hardware is an extruded aluminum mounting clamp that eliminates drilling through the pickup bed rail. Plastic isolator keeps mounting clamp from scratching paint, preventing galvanic corrosion
