- 14 gauge cold rolled steel construction with a five-stage state-of-the art metal pretreatment anticorrosion protection system and is finished with a super durable black polyester powder coat
- Lid constructed of 14 gauge cold rolled steel, with a 14 gauge cold rolled steel inner stiffener
- Welds are full arc welds, no spot welds
- Lid is attached to the hull of the box with two 4″ stainless steel butt hinges
- Hinges are welded to the box and lid
- Full length small parts storage in the front of the box
- Full size stainless steel paddle latch is recessed into the lid
- Two keys are furnished per box
- Two spring type lid props assist in the opening and closing of the lid
- Ribbed D-Bulb seal is installed in the lid to seal against the flange around the box opening
- Mounting hardware is an extruded aluminum mounting clamp that eliminates drilling through the pickup bed rail. Plastic isolator keeps mounting clamp from scratching paint, preventing galvanic corrosion
